- PowerPC Virtual Machine emulator that can emulate Mac OS X. Brilliant
piece of software if you want to run a Mac on Windows or Linux.

- Provides a suite of Unix tools for Windows (CYGWIN) and is the current
home of things like the GNU compiler suite.

- Alternative browser to Internet Explorer and Netscape/Mozilla. Very good, and
lots of features. Also useful to avoid virus infection on your browser.

- VMware is a product for Windows and Linux platforms to support
virtual operating systems (run Linux inside Windows or vice versa.
Excellent product for software development.

- Interesting site which contains a lot of detailed information about
the Intel CPU architecture, including lots of undocumented aspects of
the processors. Contains a useful headlines summary which can be
interesting if you want to know the latest about the CPU price wars.
